💕Calling in the One: Day 24
Today's exercise was all about aligning to your soul's purpose. Asking yourself what it is you love to do, what comes naturally, what you feel passionate about, when you've been the happiest, what people have always told you you're good at, and what you always wanted to do when you were a child. For me, personally, what falls in every category is film and video work-- whether it be for entertainment purposes, coaching/healing work via skype, or online classes.
Less than a week ago, I had another family constellation session with one of my healers. We did a blind constellation on aspects of my healing practice. The blind constellation in this case involve me (the client) tuning into 6 numbered pieces of paper on the floor. I didn't know it when I was tuning into them that they each represented a different aspect of my practice. The facilitator guided me to step onto and tune into each one to see what came up for me. She then recorded my response. The 2 aspects that felt heart-centered, aligned, and were the healthiest for me energetically and physically (as well as best received by clients) were video classes and skype sessions, respectively. I was amazed by the results. You can try this yourself. Constellate anything!
The Bonus Exercise involved reaching out to like-minded people and taking your talents out into the community. My uncle was in a motorcycle accident this evening, and I called on the help of a trusted friend who is also attuned to Reiki to help me in giving distance healing energy to him. It made me feel stronger to know that I'm still connected to and can depend on the NYC healing community, even though I'm in PA. My Reiki friend is also a writer and hilarious, having me laughing with funny GIFs all day. I've also been meditating with the Insight Timer App, which shows you who you're meditating with and their locations. Knowing that there are other mindful Hollidaysburg, PA residents gives me hope.
