๐Ÿ’•Calling in the One: Day 34

This chapter was all about emotional intelligence, identifying with the observer in your mind, and being able to identify the feelings that flow in -- using them like a messaging system from your body. During the Observer Meditation, we focused on our breath, then scanned for any area of tension, and asked the tension which emotion(s) were being stored there and the information those emotions would like to give. I did this while listening to the track "Purity of Spirit" on my Insight Timer app. This is what showed up for me:

๐ŸŒŸ Shoulders โ†’ Fright โ†’ "Stay grounded in my awareness & in my body so that sudden changes are less jarring & shocking."

๐ŸŒŸ Right Ovary โ†’ Loneliness โ†’ "It's important to make time with others a priority to nourish my spirit." ๐ŸŒŸ Temples & Sides of Head โ†’ Frustration โ†’ "Stop playing out assumptions & misunderstandings. Learn to communicate for clarity." (My jaw tension also released as this information came in.) ๐ŸŒŸ Sacral Chakra (specifically Bladder) โ†’ Anxiety โ†’ "I need to take more actions that will help me achieve my goals. Planning more pleasure in the Present helps my effort towards career be more sustainable." ๐ŸŒŸ Heart Chakra โ†’ Sadness โ†’ "When I overprotect my sensitive heart, I don't get to shine and share my gifts with the world."

Just as I named the sadness in my heart, a pain in my left thigh just above my knee manifested. Then I felt it move down my calf & out the bottom of my left foot. I then had the image of the book Yoga in Bed come into my mind. I recalled some of the positions and did them. I felt so energized and happy after this exercise!
