💕Calling in the One: Day 44
For today's lesson "Let Love Live Your Life", we listed qualities that we believe define love. I wrote
We then wrote about situations that were irritating us, who we attributed the irritation to, what we were judging them for, and finally, "What would Love do now?"
❣️ Love would honor its own boundaries and needs, speak up, and ask for what it needs.
❣️ Love would have compassion for others and their circumstances, realizing that oftentimes others treat us as they would like to be treated, which is not necessarily what we want and need.
❣️ Love would challenge disfunction, work through it, honor its feelings, show up instead of get distant, and come to an understanding.
❣️ Love would no longer engage in badmouthing anyone or gossiping.
❣️ Love would show gratitude.
❣️ Love would initiate conversation.
❣️ Love would use all of the tools at its disposal to heal itself and others.
🦋 I found this lesson "Let Love Live Your Life" really empowering. Love is anything but weak. It strengthened and centered me. What an incredible way to actually experience the concept that we ARE Love. I've heard that so many times and truly believe it, but the idea always felt like a very ethereal description. Now that I've done this exercise and put it into practice, I feel that I understand on a much deeper level. And tonight is my first night in my new apartment. I love it so much! Having my own space? The feelings are very unfamiliar. I'm excited to see how this new way of living shifts this journey for me!
