We can only meet people as deeply as we have been willing to meet ourselves. If you find yourself longing for connection, for someone to know you to your core, get really real with yourself about your capacity to intimately know yourself. It's easy to get away from ourselves through distraction, longing, and rumination on the past.

If we can learn to practice presence when we are alone and maintain it with others, we attract others who are willing and able to be present with us. Identifying as the observer of all of your experiences makes the process much more fluid and navigable. Peach quartz is an ally in the process of being more present and intimate with ourselves and others!
