New Year, New Career? Applying the Law of Attraction to Your Career

In this article, we’re going to explore the principles and theory of the law of attraction!

When it comes to manifestation, if you can see and feel yourself in the image, then you can participate in the co-creation of your own destiny. What you give to the world influences what the world gives you in return. There are four basic steps to the law of attraction.

First, decide what it is that your heart desires and then ask the universe (or God, Source, or your Higher Self).

Secondly, manage your energy through practices, such as conscious breathwork, meditation, affirmations, and visualization. Grow your threshold for permanent change through healing work, like Internal Family Systems therapy or Energy Healing modalities. I offer both of these to clients.

Thirdly, believe you deserve it and act as if you already have what it is that your heart desires. This will create resonance with you and the actualization of your intention.

Fourth step- When the first three steps are done consistently and thoroughly, the final step will come naturally. Allow yourself to be open to receive and/or take the guided actions you are inspired to complete.

This is the template for the law of attraction; however, you need to figure out how you can apply it in the work environment.

You can use the law of attraction for many purposes. You can call on it to match you to a well-suited opportunity, get a promotion, and connect with your co-workers, etc. You can use it for any aspect of your career; however, you need to keep in mind that the vibration you maintain the majority of time and the influences you allow in to affect you, will need to be in resonance with the outcome you desire. Put boundaries in place around this, which may mean keeping your intention private and not giving some people access to your energy. Use your best judgment about where you expend your precious mental energy.

You may also notice that the law of attraction can help motivate you to reach your personal career goals. The third step means that you need to take control of your career direction and act like you have already achieved your goals. This will give you a taste of what it would be like if you were successful in meeting your goals, and that will work as strong motivation and create momentum in direction of your goal.

As you build this momentum through practice and persistence, people, opportunities, and vibrational influences may begin to leave your experience or become more distant if they don’t align with your most positive outcome. This will not only make you have a stronger presence at work, but it will make your personality stronger in general. You will have encouragement, empowerment, and even freedom from all the negative feelings and thoughts that you have had about yourself.

In general, you will find that the law of attraction will help you to become a better person. You will also find that it will make you feel completely different.

For instance, you may feel a little bit stronger when you walk into a silenced room and you will also get other people to notice you more. You will become a strong presence and that will make a difference in the way that your current and potential future employers perceive you.

People often use the phrase fake it till you make it, but pretending and escaping into fantasy will not produce the outcome you’re seeking. Embodying the new reality is what magnetizes it to you, so leaving your body to seek it will sabotage the process.

Practice the steps with goals that feel very achievable to start, then grow your threshold for risk. Seeing the results and effects daily builds faith, which is a key component in seeing miraculous changes in your life. What if your destiny is even more amazing than your imagination could even fathom. Holding your vision and vibration with you in spirit always. If you need support:

Happy new year and good luck manifesting your dream job or promotion.

Warmest Wishes,

Rachael
